- Born in 1941, I can just about remember the war, I can certainly remember the aftermath of rationing. I have fond memories of my youth, and I hope you will enjoy reading about them. I am divorced and very happily single. I have two grown up children - a boy and a girl, and grandmother to my sons two children - Mason and Kiska. Now that Im retired, I can indulge my long time love of gardening and growing things, and trying out recipes. But I am also having to do all the things I promised myself I would do - once I had the time - having a good old clear out!

Sylvia I forgot to mention that I found Joe to be a lovely guy when I met him during the early days when he was touring with Eddie Cochrane & Gene Vincent. I met him again on the set of 'Thank Your Lucky Stars, when he was having big hits with 'A Picture of You' etc. and he was still the same ordinary fun loving guy.
